We do not believe in strict diets or deprivation. Instead, we focus on creating healthy, balanced meal plans that are tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

Our weight loss experts will design a workout plan specifically tailored to your needs and fitness level.

• If you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or have multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
• If you have known serious hypersensitivity to Tirzepatide or any of the ingredients in brand names, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®.
• If you have had a serious allergic reaction to Semaglutide or any of the ingredients in brand names, Wegovy® or Ozempic®
• if you have a history or pancreatitis or gallbladder disease
• If you have history of low blood sugar or hypoglycemia
• If you have liver or kidney disease

Let your provider know, sometimes this is just transient the day of your injection.  Take your injection at night before bed, therefore you will sleep through most of the nausea.  There are prescription medications to offset this side effect.  If you eat a large, heavy meal, you will be nauseous and gassy. You will find even small servings to be completely satisfying.

Take either probiotics or Magnesium oxide 500 mg daily to keep your bowel movement regular.

Semaglutide /Tirzepatide is administered once a week via subcutaneous injection in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.

Semaglutide/Tirzepatide is administered on the same day of the week, any time of day, with or without meals.

If you miss a dose or the day of the week needs to be changed you can change the day as long as your last dose was 2 or more days before (>48 hours).

Your first 12-week starter kit will last 12 weeks.  Your maintenance vial will last anywhere from 8-20 weeks, depending on what dose you are on.

You should store it in the refrigerator.

Dispose of needles in sharps container or detergent bottle labeled “sharps”. Contact local health department for sharps drop off locations near you.

We currently do not accept insurance .  However, we accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and offer different financing options through CARECREDIT and CHERRY.
